Administrator – People & Culture (6-month contract) We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator - People & Culture to join our People & Culture team in Melbourne office. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People & Culture team. Prepare HR documentation including new starters and variations of employment contracts. Manage and complete processes for new starters, leavers, and variations and ensure checklists are accurately followed. Monitor and manage the People & Culture team mailbox, providing professional and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate the renewal of Practising Certificates, manage the notification of changes and memberships with Legal Service Board, Law Institute of Victoria, Law Society of New South Wales and High court. Prepare monthly reports summarising key HR data, insights and updates for presentation to stakeholders. Coordinate and maintain the HR systems, including but not limited to performance reviews, engagement surveys, ensuring accurate and timely input of employee performance data, facilitating processes, and generating reports. Assist in the administration of WorkCover claims and processes. Provide emergency SMS administration and support as required. Manage P&C communications and update the intranet as required. Support the Learning & Development Advisor with learning development systems and administration. Support the coordination of firm wide new starter inductions. Support and manage the coordination of the firm’s Work Experience Program. Manage monthly recognition processes and coordinate annual years‑of‑service acknowledgments. Provide administrative support and co-ordination of various activities and projects in relation to People & Culture functions. Maintain cyber security at all times. Cultivate an awareness of security risks, stay informed of latest cyber threats, instil best cybersecurity practises and take practical steps to protect the firm and client from cyberattacks. Other reasonable tasks as requested.
