Our client is an Australian software business. For over a decade, our client has designed, built and delivered software solutions for automotive companies. They provide a number of different products and are a market leader. The business is fast growing, and has an exceptional cutlure. Due to this growth, they are looking for a Business Development Managert. The organisation is super innovative and progressive and provide a number of growth opportunities for employees. Key responsibilities: Regular meetings with key Tier 1 enterprise customer both in person and online. Be a representative of the customer to their development teams and ensure specification are managed in partnership with the account manager. Forecasting and planning of new accounts, including full roll out planning and administration. Prepare accurate monthly reports for management. Act as a key point of contact for pricing, product, and service enquiries. Escalate complex issues or opportunities to senior sales or account managers Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Support and attendance at annual trade shows and events. Key experience and skills: 3 years in sales, or client services role (SaaS or technology preferred) Proven track record driving revenue. Strong relationship-building skills Commercial acumen: comfortable with contracts, pricing, negotiations. Excellent written and verbal communication. Benefits: Career progression a focus.
