We have an exciting opportunity based in Melbourne, Victoria, for a Territory Manager to drive sales and deliver technical and clinical support across our Neurosurgery portfolio, helping to grow profitability and market share. You’ll join a collegiate, collaborative team and be supported by a national manager who genuinely champions your success and the division’s goals. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring strong relationship‑building skills and a genuine passion for the neurosurgery specialty. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and yearly territory business plans for the product portfolio Make face to face sales calls with clinicians Liaise with the National Sales Manager on a regular basis in relation to strategic sales objectives, including progress on planned sales meetings and specific outcomes Engage with core suppliers and conduct self-learning on a regular basis to ensure product knowledge is current and of a high standard Conduct regular hospital in-services for products in the portfolio Provide clinical operating theatre support for product portfolio in Melbourne CBD/West & Hobart, and occasionally in other territories, as necessary Conduct stocktakes of LifeHealthcare products consigned at hospital locations Experience required: Technical sales experience – proven record of sales success in the Med Tech industry (neurosurgery device experience would be ideal but is not essential) Strong capability and knowledge of sales techniques including articulating product value to the customer Understanding of the sales process, including navigating varying hospital purchasing processes & key stakeholders involved Knowledge of both public & private healthcare systems and how they operate Excellent communication and presentation skills.
