About the Role Once trained up, you’ll lead from the front — owning the gym floor, driving culture, working alongside experienced coaches, and playing a key role in the overall performance and growth of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who wants more than just running sessions — someone who wants to build, grow and eventually have skin in the game.
