You’ll coordinate and deliver training for clinical and non-clinical staff across Oral Health Services, provide high-level business and project support, and contribute to system implementation, quality improvement and workforce capability across Metro South. About This Role Your new role: In this role, you will deliver and coordinate training programs while providing administrative and project support with a high degree of independence. You'll work closely with clinical and corporate stakeholders to support system use, staff capability and continuous improvement across Oral Health Services. You Will Coordinate and deliver training on oral health systems and processes Support system implementation, rollouts and staff troubleshooting Maintain training resources, materials and accurate compliance records Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders Contribute to audits, evaluation and continuous quality improvement About You You are an organised and proactive professional with strong training, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. You manage competing priorities well and work confidently with minimal supervision.
