About the role Reporting to our Head of Platforms & Application Services, you will be responsible for supporting continual improvement of the applications managed by the Platform Application Services (PAS) team including the delivery of the new features and road map as per the business requirements. You are also responsible for providing cross-platform and business expertise, and for maintenance of environments and deployments of solutions, as well as planning and management of the PAS team’s in-bound work in line with agreed priorities In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, manage inbound demand and priorities, support release planning, and remove impediments to help the team deliver faster and better outcomes. You’ll also provide people leadership, coaching and performance management for a small team of specialists. This is a fixed term contract until March 2027 About you: You bring strong squad or team leadership experience in an agile environment, a solid technical background across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and a passion for continual improvement, collaboration and delivery excellence.
