Arabic-speaking role supporting CALD families in the Families Together program Part-time (3 days/week) in W/Sydney with flexible working arrangements Meaningful, community-focused work with strong support & development opportunity We are currently partnering with a community-based provider in Western Sydney to recruit an experienced CALD Case Worker to support the delivery of the Families Together Program . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing program focused on supporting families to stay safely together, with a strong emphasis on cultural understanding, early intervention, and community connection. About the Role As a CALD Case Worker, you will work closely with families from Arabic-speaking backgrounds , providing culturally responsive, strengths-based support to improve safety, well-being, and long-term outcomes.
