About the role We’re looking for a passionate Learning & Development professional to design and deliver impactful training that helps our people shine. If you love creating engaging learning experiences and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is your chance to make a real impact. This is a full-time, five-days-per-week, in-office role based in our Support Office, where you’ll play a pivotal part in driving the learning culture across our business. To thrive in this role, you’ll need proven experience in the L&D space and preferably in a retail or sales environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of what it takes to support fast-paced, customer-facing retail teams. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to identify capability needs and bring learning to life in a way that’s practical, impactful, and aligned with our values. You’ll focus on revitalising existing eLearning modules and designing new, dynamic digital content. In addition, you’ll be integral to establishing onboarding and development programs through our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring our retail teams across all three jewellery brands are empowered, engaged, and set up for success from day one. Revitalise, design, implement, and monitor engaging training programs across the JPL Group, with a focus on onboarding and induction. Develop and organise training materials, including manuals, multimedia aids, and visual content for delivery as impactful online training modules via the LMS. Coordinate all LMS administration, ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting. Conduct regular quality assurance activities to ensure content aligns with JPL Group standards. Gather and analyse feedback to continuously improve training content and adjust delivery methods. Provide technical and user support for Team Members and Senior Management on the LMS and communication platforms. Build strong cross-functional relationships to collaborate with Department Heads and Regional, Area and Cluster Managers on training initiatives. The sparkle we’re looking for: A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Learning & Development experience within a sales environment is a must, to help you hit the ground running. Proven success in designing and delivering online training programs, ideally within fast-paced retail. Confidence using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course management, tracking and reporting. Skills with eLearning tools like Articulate and/or Adobe Captivate to create interactive, engaging content. Strong analytical skills to identify learning needs and develop effective results-driven solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and build trust easily.
