*24 month fixed-term opportunity Overview of our role We’re looking for a curious and values‑driven Field Service Applications Analyst to join us on an exciting transformation journey. In this role, you’ll help uplift and stabilise our field service applications while shaping how they transition into strong, sustainable day‑to‑day operations. You’ll work closely with vendors, architects and operational teams to improve system reliability, data quality and integrations—making a real difference to how our field teams work every day. Once the project phase wraps up, you’ll step into a trusted BAU role, owning application support, guiding change, and continually looking for ways to improve how we do things. This role suits someone who enjoys combining technical know‑how with collaboration, clear communication and personal ownership. Experience with FSM platforms such as IFS, Salesforce Field Service or ServiceNow is highly regarded. Based in Victoria, you’ll regularly connect with depots and field teams, supporting implementation, learning and ongoing success.
