ER cases are handled with confidence, care and documentation that holds up. Recruitment and onboarding run efficiently — and new starters feel it from day one. AI tools are part of your workflow, not a novelty. What You Bring Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or fulfilment. You know the Fair Work Act, NES and Award interpretation — not because you memorised them, but because you've applied them under pressure. You handle complexity without drama. You coach without hovering. And you're genuinely curious about what AI can do for People & Culture — not just in theory, but in practice. Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience.
