We are seeking an experienced and innovative Asset Systems & Data Officer to join our respected team. In this role, you will provide crucial information on assets through data analysis and management from our Asset Management System, ensuring high-level support with accurate and updated asset data. Your new role Working as an Asset Data & Systems Officer, you will be responsible for the following: Conducting risk and condition assessments of all civil and structural assets. Developing and enhancing processes to capture, audit, cleanse, and report on AMIS data. Improving GIS accuracy through close collaboration with the GIS team. Performing AMIS audits and updating asset data, including unit rates, useful lives, and other attributes, to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Managing the handover of infrastructure assets related to Capital Works and Developer Contributed projects, ensuring ongoing data updates in the AMIS What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualification in Asset Management. Relevant experience in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency with Asset Management, GIS, MS Report Services software, SQL script writing, CONFIRM and Windows-based applications.
