Job Description As Sales Leader (Mobile Brokers), you’ll work directly with a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers, with a strong focus on performance, capability uplift, and day-to-day sales leadership. You will Lead, coach, and support a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to consistently achieve sales and activity targets Play a key role in developing early-career and graduate brokers, aligned to our structured skills and capability pathway Drive performance through regular coaching, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and in-field support Support team planning, sales cadence, and operational rhythms to ensure consistent execution Be actively involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up of new brokers in your territory Promote strong adoption of the Aussie Platform and sales tools to improve broker productivity and customer outcomes Use sales and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal teams including Associate, Customer Solutions, Sales, Customer Experience, and UX Build effective working relationships with external lender partners to support broker success Qualifications Proven hands-on mortgage broking experience , with experience leading or coaching brokers in a sales environment Demonstrated ability to develop broker capability and lift performance through practical coaching and support Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and activity-based performance Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, change-led environment A collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style with a strong customer focus Additional Information Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
