What You’ll Be Doing Complete high-quality behavioural assessments and create evidence-based, tailored strategies. Reduce restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines and advocate strongly for positive change. Provide training and coaching to families, carers, and support workers to put behaviour plans into practice. Work across forensic, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and home-based settings. Collaborate with a knowledgeable, approachable team who share ideas and expertise. What We’re Looking For NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient). Experience with complex and high-risk behaviours, ideally in forensic or similar settings (or willing to learn more about this space as they will teach/support you) Independent, proactive, and confident in decision-making. Current driver’s licence and vehicle, plus NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and full working rights in Australia.
