The Duties: Managing a portfolio of 130 local properties Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Managing landlord and tenant communication Looking after the rent reviews and increases NCAT prep and attendance when required The Person: Previous property management experience - Junior candidates will be considered Must hold a current Certificate of Registration (COR) or Real Estate licence. Hold a valid driver’s licence, and access to a reliable vehicle. Well-presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
