As we continue our growth into 2026, we're looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of a high-performing white-collar desk , based out of our Perth office. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-billing desk with deep-rooted client relationships across Western Australia's civil infrastructure sector. With consistent job flow, active projects, and a strong candidate network already in place, you'll be set up to make an immediate impact. What You'll Do: Manage and grow relationships with a loyal, high-value WA client base Recruit across white-collar roles including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and commercial professionals Identify and convert new business opportunities within a booming WA market Partner closely with candidates and clients, building long-term, trusted relationships Leverage an established database, strong brand presence, and proven internal systems What We're Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or technical market Strong commercial acumen and confidence working a 360 desk Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, driven mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term career Prior exposure to construction or engineering recruitment is advantageous, but not essential Why Marble?
