The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to support the Melbourne office on a temporary contract through to the 22nd of May. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to person and keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, deliveries and office supplies Coordinate travel bookings for QLD staff Organise staff engagement initiatives and office events Maintain and update client lists Ensure the office and storage areas are organised and presentable Be the first point of contact for all clients and staff About You: 2-5 years’ experience in a similar Office Coordinator role Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong Microsoft Office skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail Available to start immediately What’s in it for you?
