Indigeco is recruiting an APS5 Case Manager for our Australian Government client in Melbourne. This is a 12-month contract with the option to extend for a further two 12 month periods. Working within a regulatory operations environment, you will manage a caseload, assess information, support decision making and provide high quality service to stakeholders in line with legislation, policy and procedural requirements. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a caseload of matters in line with legislative, policy and procedural requirements Assess information, review documentation and make evidence based recommendations or decisions within delegation Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements and progress matters Prepare written correspondence, file notes, case updates and briefing material with strong attention to detail Identify risks, issues and sensitive matters, escalating where required to support timely and appropriate outcomes Maintain accurate records across internal systems while ensuring confidentiality, security and data integrity Contribute to team performance, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the case management function YOUR REQUIREMENTS You hold a current Baseline security clearance or above Previous experience in case management, regulatory operations, compliance, claims, investigations, government administration or a similar decision making environment Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate and professional correspondence Ability to interpret legislation, policies, guidelines or procedures and apply them consistently Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage sensitive or complex enquiries professionally ABOUT YOUR PERKS Hourly payrate of $60 per hour Super 12 month contract with two potential 12 month extension options Opportunity to work within a Commonwealth Government environment Meaningful role supporting regulatory services and community outcomes HOW TO APPLY If you are an experienced case manager or regulatory professional with strong judgement, communication and stakeholder skills, we would love to hear from you.
