Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic Location: Tullamarine, VIC Employment Type: Full-Time TRS Resourcing is currently seeking a trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our client in Tullamarine. This is a hands-on role working across a modern fleet of heavy vehicles, ideal for a mechanic who enjoys fault finding, servicing, and keeping equipment running at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair heavy diesel vehicles and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing Attend breakdowns and carry out urgent repairs Complete all maintenance documentation accurately Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Skills & Experience Trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic Previous experience working on trucks and heavy vehicles (Scania Experience Preferred) Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable with a strong commitment to safety and quality Licences & Requirements Valid driver's licence ( HR preferred ) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing What's on Offer Full-time, ongoing position Competitive hourly rate overtime Well-maintained fleet and workshop Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity Why Join TRS Resourcing?
