We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding Talent Acquisition/HR team based between our Head Office in Alexandria and our Sydney CBD office! Reporting to the Group HR Manager and working as part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include strategising with key managers across your areas of responsibility to source the best talent in the industry. This will also involve managing our ATS system, coordinating and managing recruitment campaigns including advertising across various industry related platforms, pre-screening talent, scheduling and attending interviews, negotiating offers of employment and taking successful candidates through the onboarding process. There is also the opportunity to develop your skills in the delivery of HR wider support across your areas of responsibility. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment. Here’s a bit about you: You have experience working in recruitment, either internal or external. Ideally with experience recruiting across Allied Health, Loss Adjusting and/or Insurance Claims roles; A passion for people is a must! You understand that good people are at the core of any successful business and you are driven to find only the best talent! You understand the importance of proactive recruitment in ever changing markets and are driven to build and manage talent pools of candidates and keep strong relationships. You have demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring managers. You'll also need a current National Police Clearance if successful.
