General Manager | Automotive Northern Rivers NSW (Ballina / Lismore Region) A well-established, multi-franchise automotive business in the Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its operations. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability across the dealership, offering the opportunity to drive performance, influence direction, and lead a capable team. The Role You will take ownership of the overall performance of the business, including: • New and Used Vehicle Sales • Service and Parts operations • Finance and Insurance performance • Team leadership and development • Customer experience and retention • Financial performance, budgeting and reporting This requires a commercially minded leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
