Options Consulting Group is representing a fast growing Australian apparel business seeking a commercially astute Business Manager to partner closely with the Director and leadership team. This is a pivotal role sitting at the centre of the business, working alongside Sales, Operations and Production to drive financial performance, improve processes and support growth. You will take ownership across core commercial and operational levers including pricing, margins, inventory, purchasing and working capital, while delivering clear, actionable insights across customers, product categories and sales channels. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will support budgeting and forecasting, oversee reporting and lead initiatives across systems, automation and process improvement to ensure the business can scale effectively. Acting as a key point of coordination across teams, you will drive alignment, accountability and operational efficiency across the organisation.
