We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across both payroll and accounts functions. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll function, while also supporting the finance team across AR and AP processes. You’ll work closely with both Head Office and remote teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all transactions. Key Responsibilities - Payroll Manage fortnightly payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records Ensure compliance with superannuation, IAS, and statutory obligations Oversee workers compensation payments and reimbursement claims Support audits and ensure payroll compliance standards are met Assist with payroll-related journals and reporting Provide support for timekeeping systems and employee queries Accounts Receivable & Payable Prepare and issue customer invoices, tracking payments end-to-end Reconcile AR accounts and provide reporting to management Support AP functions including invoice processing and payment runs Manage employee expense claims Assist with purchase order processes About You - Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll, AP/AR, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy Experience with accounting systems Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement Why Apply?
