Apex Resources are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Accounts / Payroll Officer to join their team based in Wangara. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced role with a strong chance of transitioning into a permanent position after the initial 3-month contract. Key Responsibilities: Processing payroll Managing Accounts Receivable & Payable Invoicing and working closely with operations on billing Following up on outstanding debtors Liaising with creditors regarding invoices and payments Setting up claims for invoicing Bank and credit card reconciliations Liaising with the Director and external accountant General administration duties About You: Intermediate MYOB experience Previous experience in a similar accounts / payroll role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage competing priorities Good level of computer literacy What’s on Offer: 3-month contract with strong potential to go permanent 38-hour week (flexible across 4 or 5 days) Supportive team environment We look forward to receiving your application.
