Description Administration Assistant Location: Penrith, New South Wales Company: Power Protect Employment Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Office-Based) The Role We’re seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our contract team in Penrith. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating contract documentation, assisting with subcontractor management, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with BGIS systems and safety standards. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a high-performing service delivery team.
