The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this position will be responsible for conducting assigned administrative and accounting tasks across multiple NEPEAN businesses. Key duties will include: Matching invoices and delivery dockets before processing Verifyng appropriate sign off of invoices before processing Processing supplier invoices to ensure they are Redmap ready. Reconciliation of monthly supplier account Entry of problematic invoices EFT processing Create and maintain supplier accounts. Monitor and maintain cash book maintenance. Weekly cash flow forecast Reconciliation of purchase variance accounts Reconciliation of outstanding purchase orders About You Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar position. Ability to work under pressure in a high volume & fast paced role Strong understanding of intercompany transactions. Previous experience with Redmap, Pronto and D365 (Desirable) MS Office proficiency A strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills & the ability to prioritise Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
