We are seeking an experienced Underground Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing underground gold mining operation in Western Australia . Are you someone who is passionate about Health & Safety? The Role: Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will: Provide Health & Safety support across the site Assist with incident management, investigations, and case support Develop and maintain HSE management systems, site procedures, and training materials Conduct Visible Leader inspections and safety checks Facilitate and deliver training programs for employees and emergency response teams Monitor and report on safety performance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives About You: Previous experience in a similar role, preference with underground mining experience Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or above Strong experience INX and ICAM highly essential Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Australian Driver’s Licence Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite What’s on Offer: Permanent or Contract Roles Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career development If this sounds like you, please hit ‘Apply’ .
