About the Role As a Field Boutique Leader, you will act as a floating Store Manager across VIC, stepping into boutiques to provide leadership coverage, operational support, and performance uplift where required. You will take ownership of stores during key periods (including leave coverage, vacancies, or peak trade), ensuring continuity of leadership, strong team engagement, and alignment to SHEIKE standards. This is a full-time role requiring regular travel across VIC, supported by a competitive salary travel allowance. Key Responsibilities Lead and support multiple boutiques to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Step into stores as acting Store Manager when required, taking full ownership of operations Drive performance through strong visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence Manage rosters and wages with a commercial, performance-driven mindset Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams Provide hands-on coaching and leadership to uplift team capability Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to improve store performance Build a strong, collaborative team culture across all locations About You 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager, with cluster or multi-site exposure preferred OR a strong Store Manager ready to step into a multi-site leadership role Proven ability to drive sales and manage store performance through KPIs Confident in leading, developing, and influencing teams across different locations Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable stepping into new environments Strong communication and leadership skills Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer experience Flexible and open to regular travel across VIC What’s in it for You?
