Partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and stronger margin outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the organisation is tracking toward its strategic and financial goals. Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to uncover trends, risks, and new avenues for business expansion. Develop robust models to evaluate strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities. Support month‑end and year‑end activities with meaningful analysis that explains business results. Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and support strategic projects that enhance business performance and future growth. Profile A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of manufacturing is desirable. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
