About Your Role This role combines hands-on performance testing, data interpretation, and exercise prescription to deliver high-impact preventative health outcomes. As part of the Everlab system — a multidisciplinary, technology-enabled healthcare model — you’ll work with cutting-edge tools and integrated health data rarely available in traditional settings. You will conduct and interpret VO₂ max testing, VALD force plate assessments (CMJ, isometric strength), DEXA scans, and key physical tests (push-up, grip, balance) alongside reviewing comprehensive medical and lifestyle data. You’ll translate this into clear, actionable exercise strategies, delivering personalised, evidence-based programs within a multidisciplinary care team. This is a part-time Melbourne CBD based role , suited to clinicians who enjoy a mix of client-facing work, performance testing, and technical assessment. Shifts: Tues & Fri: 8am–2pm Sat & Sun: 8am–4pm Optional evenings: 3pm–8pm What You'll Do Testing & Data Interpretation Conduct VO₂ max, VALD force plate, DEXA, and supporting physical tests Analyse integrated medical performance data to identify key risks and priorities Client Consultations Translate VO₂, force-time, and body composition data into clear insights Identify risks (cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, bone health) Deliver actionable, evidence-based exercise recommendations Leverage Technology Use VALD Force-time data, VO₂ metrics, and advanced AI-supported tools to enhance delivery and education What You'll Bring To The Team Qualifications Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists & Physiotherapists preferred ASCA Level 2 S&C Coaches & Cert IV Personal Trainers with 2 years programming experience in strength/performance also considered Experience 2 years client-facing coaching program design Strength/performance background highly regarded Technical Ability to interpret VO₂, force plate, and body composition data Force plate experience preferred, not essential (training provided) Strong risk stratification programming application Communication Ability to simplify complex data into clear actions Strong client engagement, across all demographics, in particular with high-performing individuals. Nice To Have Attributes Experience working with a diverse range of clients in a preventative health or performance optimisation setting. Strong organisational and communication skills.
