You’ll design and supervise exercise programs for clients with diverse health needs, from chronic conditions to injury recovery; while educating them on the power of strength training for prevention and long-term health outcomes. What You’ll Do Collaborate with passionate Physiotherapists and Exercise Scientists who share your love for movement and health. Create personalised exercise plans that help people recover, prevent injuries, and build lifelong strength. Perform physiological assessments (body composition, BP, oxygen saturation) and use real data to make smart decisions. Use strength testing and client feedback to guide your approach and deliver results that count. Build strong connections with local Allied Health professionals and become a trusted part of the community. Manage your own caseload of individual and group sessions, making every interaction meaningful. Deliver exceptional care that reflects Kieser’s commitment to quality and innovation.
