Your Role Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services across home, school, community and clinic settings Manage a paediatric and disability caseload aligned to your experience Complete comprehensive assessments , including functional capacity assessments, standardised and non-standardised assessments, and ongoing clinical evaluations to inform intervention planning Review therapy plans in line with NDIS goals and participant needs Write clear, evidence-based reports, including progress reports, assessment reports, and end-of-plan reports in line with NDIS requirements Provide clinical guidance and informal mentoring to junior staff (for senior roles) Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with Speech Pathologists, Intervention Teachers and Support Workers Contribute to service improvement, clinical excellence, and the ongoing development of therapy supports at NSS What Sets NSS Apart At Northern Star Supports, we are intentional about creating sustainable, long-term roles for clinicians — not just filling positions.
