We’re seeking a Designer to play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant and buildable design documentation across our project portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Design you’ll work closely with internal teams and external consultants to review, coordinate and quality-check architectural documentation - ensuring designs are accurate, achievable and aligned with Harnest standards. From time to time, you’ll also contribute to in-house design and documentation production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical rigour, collaboration and seeing great design translate into great outcomes on site . What You’ll Be Doing Review, coordinate and produce architectural documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and buildability Champion best-practice Revit use across projects Support the Design Manager with design programmes, resourcing and coordination Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to resolve design risks Complete QA reviews and ensure compliance with standards and internal systems Identify opportunities to improve documentation efficiency and reduce costs What You’ll Bring 10 years’ experience in Architecture or Building Design, with strong knowledge of Australian codes and standards Advanced Revit proficiency and experience coordinating documentation across multiple stakeholders Highly organised, detail-driven and able to manage priorities independently Confident, collaborative communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design Why Join Harnest?
