The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused professional to support the delivery of safe and compliant workplaces across our projects. Working closely with site teams and trade partners, you will assist with safety inspections, training, incident management, and the implementation of the Mazzei Group Safety Management System, helping to foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. Undertake site visits to ensure that Staff, Trade Partners and Suppliers are compliant with HSE obligations. Identify and act on unsafe work conditions and/or behaviour. Support and build relationships within the 3 divisions with the group and develop an understanding of their workflows. Engage and build relationships with Key Stakeholders. Attend monthly Safety Meetings for all divisions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Safety Alert Library to drive safety awareness and continuous learning across the business. About You Minimum Cert IV in WHS and a White Card. Previous experience working with tier 1 or 2 commercial builders is highly desirable. Strong working knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply requirements in practical workplace settings. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively at all levels. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and remain agile in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
