Inspire and support the clinical team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care every day. You’ll work closely with nurses, carers, residents, and families to ensure everyone feels valued, heard, and cared for. Create a positive, inclusive workplace. Foster a culture where your team can grow, share ideas, and take pride in their work, while upholding high clinical standards through quality improvement, compliance, and best-practice leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care. Oversee person-centred care planning and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Support staff development through mentoring and coaching. Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse . Experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within aged care. Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care practices. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams effectively. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
