We are seeking Expressions of Interest for Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to join our Commercial Banking team in Brisbane on Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country. What’s the role? You’ll be part of our Commercial Banking team in Brisbane, working full time with medium to large sized businesses across Queensland. This is a relationship led role where you’ll spend your time getting to know customers, understanding their businesses and supporting them with the right banking solutions as they grow. You’ll manage an existing portfolio while also building new relationships through brokers, referral partners and your own networks. You’ll be out meeting customers, collaborating with internal partners and shaping lending solutions that are right for each business. Whether you step into this opportunity as a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager will depend on your experience, but either way you’ll have the support and autonomy to do meaningful work that makes a difference. What do I need? • Experience in commercial or corporate lending • Strong credit assessment and risk management capability • Confidence structuring and managing complex lending solutions • A customer focused approach with a passion for long term relationships • Ability to grow a portfolio through networks and new business opportunities Why join us?
