This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their tech-focused IP career in 2026 while working alongside a leading partner who advises a vast range of clients, including major companies in the creative, technology and big data sectors. The role: You’ll join a high-performing IP & Digital Law team, taking ownership of matters including: Trade marks, copyright, designs, patents and broader IP strategy Drafting and negotiating IP and technology agreements Privacy and data protection advisory work Content, media, advertising and brand protection matters Supporting larger strategic projects and building your own client relationships About you: You are an IP, Technology or Digital Lawyer / Associate (3–5 years’ PQE) with strong grounding in IP and/or technology law. You may come from private practice or in-house, with exposure to technology contracts, digital platforms or privacy law. You are commercially astute, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others.
