This is a high‑impact 13.5 month parental leave cover role where you’ll step straight into meaningful work, lead real change, owning Nando’s marketing growth agenda across ANZ . You’ll lead the talented Growth Marketing function with 2 direct reports, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Loyalty and Brand to turn strategy into sales, frequency and love for the brand. This role is deeply connected to our restaurants, partnering closely with Operational leaders, Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to ensure growth is practical, scalable and felt where it matters most.
