What you’ll be doing: Work closely with senior finance leaders to build scenario models that shape Executive and Board‑level strategy, capital allocation, and long‑term planning. Provide high‑quality modelling support across finance, tax, and acquisitions, contributing to major commercial initiatives and investment decisions. Play a key role in delivering annual budgets and rolling forecasts, giving the business a clear, data‑driven view of performance and future expectations. Prepare monthly reporting packs that go beyond the numbers, offering insights, trends, and commentary that help leaders make informed decisions. Support annual reporting and investor relations activity, contributing to the organisation’s external narrative and market positioning. Partner with FP&A leadership and the Executive team on high‑impact projects, providing analysis that supports transformation, growth, and strategic initiatives. What you’ll bring: A strong academic foundation in finance, accounting, or a related field, giving you the technical grounding to operate confidently in a complex environment. The ability to build and maintain robust 3‑way financial models, with a genuine passion for accuracy, structure, and commercial logic. Advanced Excel capability and confidence using tools like Word and PowerPoint to communicate insights clearly and persuasively, with exposure to large ERP systems and reporting tools. Experience in corporate modelling and scenario analysis, with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations for senior leaders; building trust and relationships along the way.
