We’re seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Machine Operators to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision projects in Toowoomba . What We Offer: Work with one of Queensland’s top civil contractors Long-term, ongoing work on subdivision and earthworks projects Training and upskilling opportunities with industry leaders Gain additional tickets & VOCs (Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy, Excavator) Consistent 50 hour weeks with overtime available Temp-to-perm roles with pay reviews at 3 and 6 months Career progression into operator or leading hand roles Your Day-to-Day Duties: General civil labouring on subdivision and road projects Assisting with trenching, pit & pipe, conduits, site prep and clean-up Operating machinery such as excavators, rollers, loaders, and skid steers (if ticketed) Working within a team to meet project targets safely and efficiently What You’ll Need: White Card (essential) Experience in civil or subdivision works Machine tickets and VOCs (highly regarded) Reliable licence and transport – some sites are remote Strong safety awareness and a solid work ethic The Offer: Ongoing work, 10-hour days / 5–6 days per week Pay increases as milestones are achieved Excellent opportunity to grow with a leading civil company This is a TEMP TO PERM role with performance reviews at 3 and 6 months.
