We're now seeking a motivated and technically capable Account Service Representative (Water Treatment) to join our Queensland operations team. This is a hands-on, field-based role working across multiple customer sites, supporting the performance and reliability of critical water treatment systems. This role offers strong exposure to complex systems, customer engagement, and operational improvement - making it an excellent stepping stone for future growth within the business. What you'll be doing : In this client-facing and technically focused role, you will: Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems across customer sites Conduct routine sampling, testing, and analysis of water quality data Review plant performance metrics and respond to out-of-KPI results Maintain chemical dosing systems, instrumentation, and associated equipment Manage chemical inventories, ordering, and storage systems Provide technical troubleshooting and first-level operational support Prepare service reports, logs, and customer updates using digital systems (e.g. Insight) Assist with maintenance planning and execute preventative maintenance tasks Support emergency and breakdown response, including after-hours/on-call duties Identify opportunities for process improvement and value-adding initiatives Contribute to customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication Support Account Managers and step in when required What we're looking for We're looking for someone practical, analytical, and comfortable working in field environments where no two days are the same. You'll be confident working independently across customer sites while also collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
