The Company A well-established, design-led architecture practice with a strong reputation across commercial, residential and mixed-use projects Known for delivering innovative, sustainable and technically sophisticated designs Collaborative, multidisciplinary team combining architecture, design and digital expertise Growing organisation investing in modern technology, cloud platforms and digital transformation Centrally located North Sydney office with flexible working options The Role Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure and high-performing IT infrastructure across the business Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture roadmaps aligned with business and project needs Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure), on-prem systems and hybrid infrastructure Partner with internal stakeholders to support design technology platforms (e.g. BIM, CAD, visualisation tools) Ensure infrastructure supports large-scale design files, rendering workloads and collaboration tools Drive best practices across security, performance, disaster recovery and system resilience Manage vendor relationships and work with external service providers Provide technical leadership and mentoring to IT team members Contribute to strategic technology decisions and continuous improvement initiatives About You Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or Senior Infrastructure Engineer Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments Experience supporting design or engineering software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly regarded Solid understanding of networking, storage, virtualisation and security principles Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, TOGAF) are advantageous This is a hybrid position.
