What you’ll be doing Act as the trusted, onsite HR Business Partner for operational leaders Lead complex employee relations matters and provide expert advice on Awards and legislation Drive a strong site-based safety culture in partnership with WHS, including RTW support Deliver end to end recruitment and onboarding for operational roles Coach leaders on performance, capability and difficult people conversations Use HR data, insight and governance to support smarter compliant decision making Be the senior HR presence onsite, collaborating closely across the wider HR team Who We Are Since 1969, BE Campbell has grown into one of Australia’s largest family ‑ owned meat operations, supplying major supermarkets, retail butchers, food service, and export markets. Who You Are You’re more than an HR generalist, you’re a HR Business Partner who thrives in operational environments. You build trust quickly, take ownership of complex issues, and bring practical solutions that work on the ground.
