About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Events Manager to support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives, communications, and events aligned with the strategic objectives of the EDU Group. This role contributes to strengthening brand presence, supporting student enrolment growth, and driving engagement across prospective and current student audiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, to ensure marketing activity and event delivery is consistent, high quality, and aligned with brand standards. Marketing Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with enrolment and brand objectives Develop engaging content and copy tailored to specific audiences, courses, and channels (digital, print, social, web) Coordinate the creation and production of marketing collateral including course guides, brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets Maintain and apply brand templates across business operations, ensuring consistency in course materials, presentations, and internal communications Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and prioritise cross-departmental marketing requests Execute ongoing marketing activities including email campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and promotional communications Assist in the implementation and use of marketing tools, platforms, and automation systems Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement Brand Stewardship Support the consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all channels and touchpoints Collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to develop high-quality, on-brand marketing materials and visual assets Review marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging Provide guidance to internal teams on brand usage, templates, and best practices Maintain and help evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and relevance Support the delivery of a cohesive and professional brand experience across all events and communications Events Coordinate and deliver marketing and recruitment events, ensuring alignment with campaign and enrolment objectives Support the planning and execution of events including timelines, logistics, communications, and supplier coordination Deliver internal student recruitment events such as Open Days, information sessions, and webinars Work with the Sales team to support external events including education fairs, expos, and partner activations Assist in the delivery of student lifecycle events including orientation, engagement activities, and graduation ceremonies Ensure all events reflect a consistent and professional brand experience Liaise with external vendors, venues, and suppliers to source event materials and services Support event communications including invitations, registrations, and follow-up activities Track event outcomes and provide feedback to support future improvements Contribute ideas to enhance event formats and audience engagement Education, experience and skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, communications or events management role, preferably within the education sector Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering successful events across different formats (in-person, virtual) Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content creation, execution, and reporting Proficiency with marketing and design tools such as email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot), content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), CRM systems and social media platforms Strong understanding of brand strategy with a proactive approach to upholding visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints. Experience working cross-functionally and liaising with a range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers or partners. Positive attitude and ability to think creatively and bring innovation to EDU and its subsidiaries Cross cultural awareness Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
