Exciting opportunity to take ownership of structural documentation delivery across complex projects and eventually build out a team to lead and mentor. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure sectors, contributing from early design through to construction documentation. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of structural documentation packages from concept to IFC. Act as the primary drafting lead, working closely with engineers. Review and check drawings/models to ensure quality and accuracy. Mentor and support junior drafters. Contribute to improving Revit standards, workflows, and templates. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors. Ensure documentation aligns with Australian Standards and project. requirements About You 6 years' experience in structural drafting within a consultancy environment. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience delivering IFC documentation independently. Exposure to: Reinforced concrete, structural steel and retaining structures and/or civil elements.
