You will be involved from initial stages of assessment briefs & rubrics, to developing workshop presentations & facilitator guides as well as LMS models. We strive to develop a contemporary & industry specific MBA program that imbeds industry trends to create authentic MBA learnings & strong academic outcomes. This is your opportunity to be hands on to shape & direct which is shaping up to be a one-of-a-kind MBA program. This is a project based opportunity that will be managed on a casual basis. This role will be managed remotely. We seek expertise across the following disciplines: Finance and cost control Digital marketing Innovation and entrepreneurship - including social entrepreneurship Artificial Intelligence and business analytics Human services and social enterprise management Education, Experience & Skills PhD (AQF Level 10) in a relevant discipline (or AQF Level 9 with substantial standing Demonstrated advanced postgraduate subject design experience Demonstrated scholarly & industry depth, pedagogical sophistication & creativity in developing content Demonstrated experience in translating contemporary scholarship and industry trends into applied MBA learning. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Excellent numeracy, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to lead by example. Innovative thinking and proactive work habits with a demonstrated eye for detail IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office and any learning management system. Why Join us?
