Job Description The Opportunity Calling all heroes (immediately available accountants) We’re working with a leading Western Australian not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a FP&A/Management Accountant supporting their Residential Aged Care operations. This is a broad, hands-on role combining financial planning, management reporting, and stakeholder partnering. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control across the residential portfolio. Core Technical Brief (no fluff): Monthly P&L reviews and variance analysis Annual budget and forecast ownership Reforecasting Quarterly and annual financial reporting input Journal posting and reconciliations Stakeholder query resolution and monthly results presentation. Needed: Strong budgeting / forecasting / monthly reporting experience Proven stakeholder engagement with non-finance managers Comfort in a regulated, process-heavy environment Strong systems capability Ideally healthcare, aged care, NFP, government, or similarly compliance-heavy sectors. An Ideal Candidate will Poses: 3–8 years in management accounting / FP&A / commercial finance Monthly pack ownership Budget and forecast cycles Variance commentary Operational stakeholder partnering Exposure to healthcare, aged care, NFP, government, education, or services CA/CPA qualified or close to it.
