This role plays a key part in supporting sales, logistics, and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This position sits within our client's FMCG division, working across a diverse product portfolio including ambient and frozen foods, as well as alcohol products. You'll gain valuable exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team Primary Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with retail clients daily, providing timely updates and support. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain. Follow up with overseas factories on production progress and shipment requirements. Process sales orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. Work with freight and logistics providers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues. Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and logistics movements to prevent delays. Manage and track stock and inventory levels to ensure alignment with customer planning. Review loading inspection reports and verify compliance with sales order requirements. Coordinate the preparation, ordering, and dispatch of product samples to clients. Present sales reports using internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Operation, Compliance etc., to support product and project requirements. Coordinate internal resources and support the sales department across daily operational need in a timely and accurate manner.
