Commonry is looking for a confident, reliable in-house fit model to work closely with our design team during garment fit sessions. This role is not about modelling for campaigns - it's about helping us create better clothes for real women. As an In-House Fit Model, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in shaping the fit, comfort, and wearability of our collections. Your feedback will directly influence how our garments look, feel, and perform for our customers. About the Role Attend in-house fit sessions (1-4 hours per week, mostly Thursday mornings) Based onsite at our St Kilda Road, Melbourne Support Office Try on garment samples and provide clear, honest feedback on fit and comfort Demonstrate natural movement to assess garment performance Share insights from a customer perspective What We're Looking For General administration experience is a must Comfortable trying on garments in front of a small team Confident communicator with honest, constructive feedback Reliable, punctual, and flexible No modelling experience required Measurement Requirements (THIS IS A MUST) Please add these measurements to your resume or cover letter.
