RESPONSIBILITIES Technical documenting in readiness for construction Understand design and work it up into a professional set of contract documents ready for tender and construction Working only in Revit Excellent communication skills Day to day dealings with various internal and external professionals Co-ordination SKILLS & EXPERIENCE A minimum of 4 years local experience working across education and/or health. Project experience must be over $30 million. A full understanding of the documentation process from early design through to completion Technically minded and process driven Revit proficient (a must) Presentable, articulate and team oriented.
