This Melbourne-based position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a supportive team environment, within a growing and fast-moving business. There is a strong focus on building meaningful relationships and converting enquiries into genuine, qualified appointments for our sales team. About the role Managing inbound enquiries from our database Proactively following up existing enquiries within the database to re-engage customers and guide them toward booking an appointment Having thoughtful conversations to understand each customer’s situation Pre-qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team Meeting Melbourne-based clients face-to-face where required Supporting the broader sales team, including occasional coverage when needed Providing simple summaries of call outcomes and feedback to help refine our approach and better understand our customers About you Experience in Land Lease Communities preferred (Retirement Living also considered) Confident and professional on the phone, with a naturally warm approach Strong Administration and CRM skills and high attention to detail Organised, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and in person This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, understands the importance of empathy, and takes pride in creating a positive customer experience while achieving strong appointment outcomes.
